The reaction speed can be adapted easily by varying the catalyst content from 6% to 10%. The more catalyst is added, the faster the reaction time will be. The reaction with water yields a fl exible polyurethane foam with closed cells that will neither shrink nor swell. A good compression strength is obtained in a very short time.
